Interesting stems...any idea about these two?
I obtained several vintage stems the other day and a few I have not had luck identifying...any ideas?

expander and binder bolts are by ALGI so that pretty much means a French origin. bears resemblance to some patterns from Philippe.

appears it may be Brit. take a measure of the head of the expander bolt and the nut of the binder bolt. check the threads. you may discover it to be fractional.

#1 could also be Pivo. I had a Pivo handle bar and stem set up looking much like it.
#2 most likely a Raleigh offering even though their is no markings
