Slight tangent; are mid-'80s bullmoose bars worth anything? I have access to one off of a KHS Montana, and I'd like to re-home it, but only if it's worth more than the cost of postage.

I still can't get used to the idea of hydraulic shocks on a vintage bicycle. 
But then I came across this little gem:

WV is not flat..
Finished this up the other day. Fun ride and not many of these around. The research I found was that this was a small builder out of Birmingham AL. Great quality paint and "smooth" welds. Has anyone ever seen another one?

I picked up this '92 Axis Pro as a parts bike, since it had a lot of its original XTR bits on it and it was cheap, Then I realised that it's a nice frame, so here's my part's bin resto.

Found an unloved Trek 930 with Shimano Altus A10 group. Date of birth: 1993, in dark green and last of the lug-breed in CroMo. Took all day to clean her up, touch of matching paint here and there, drop of oil... the works. These '90 bikes are so lovely, nearly indestructible and meant to be used hard.
