Removing convex mirrors
The photo shows the various bike mirrors I have where the mount for the one on the right is totally broken but I have hacked one for the one on the left.
However, I like the convex on the one on the right. So I'd like to know if there is a safe method of popping the mirrors out of their holders.

Cut the housing for the mirror wanted, remove it, and glue the glass to the mirror where it's needed.

what dedhed said. Or, take a hair dryer or heat gun and warm up the mirror you want to remove to soften whatever adhesive is used. Get some sort of thin object under the edge and work it off. Heat is likely to soften it enough to get off without damaging the mirror.

Thanks everyone ..... I like to learn stuff (sometimes) and I use mirrors, which stick out and occasionally hit things, so .... thanks.
