Hello from Romania
Hello guys,
I just started looking into vintage road bikes (1970 - 1990) and right now I am working on few restorations. I hope I can present the final results to you when they are done.
Currently I am working on:

I just started looking into vintage road bikes (1970 - 1990) and right now I am working on few restorations. I hope I can present the final results to you when they are done.
Currently I am working on:
- a Colnago Super from 1972 or 1973. The original Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset is pretty expensive these days and also I don't like the look and feel of it. I plan to use a Shimano Dura Ace 7400 groupset with a Cinelli stem and handlebar. The paint is pretty good (like new) in Molteni team color (orange). I am missing few parts like: spokes, rear and front derailleurs, bar shifters and the brake levers.
- a Colner from around 1980. On this one I plan to use an internal gear hub (like Shimano Nexus 8) with 700C wheels and a bullhorn type handlebar. I am only missing few small parts and the transmission system: the rear hub and the crankset.
- a Koga Miyata Runner from 1991. This one should be a fixed gear bike with a fip-fop rear hub. I am only missing the crankset and few small parts.
DH.
