Custom made jerseys?
Does anyone have a site that would make custom jerseys with the ability to use brand/manufacturer logos?

^ Do you mean to violate Trademark or Copyright protections of a company? Good plan.

Not always. Sometimes the company producing the item will proceed cautiously. I recently wanted to get an active duty military friend a custom (YETI) coffee cup with the Navy officer emblem on it. Unbeknownst to me (I’m retire Navy), the emblem is trademarked (or copyright), and the first couple companies I tried would not use that emblem graphic.

Why not find existing jerseys with that company's logo already on them?
There are bootleg, unlicensed copies of [some] logos that you may find from Chinese factories. Some companies are willing to let the Chinese get away with Trademark infringements. Others are not, and fight for protections.
Can you share which logo you're interested in using?

A one-off custom jersey could be expensive. Often times there is a minimum order number required. but I seem to recall seeing a copany who would do that. Cannot remember the name.

You can design your jersey with the Oyawo custom design studio (colors, designs, etc.) I did a Google search for the logos you specified and yes, they are available for free download. Is it legal? Not sure, but I have several bike manufacturer logos on my kit from them, and I seriously doubt any of them would complain about free advertising.
Owayo jerseys are currently on sale, $73 for one custom made.

JAKROO (Canadian) does custom jerseys - no order minimums.
