Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Made a subtle change to my wheels today that I’m really liking:

The NDS is shaded so it’s a bit hard to see but I swapped in silver spokes and blue nipples next to the valve.

lol when I first glanced at the pic I thought it was datlas!
I remember watching Koufax as a ute. When he got $125K for a year people were outraged. I think Drysdale got $100K.
Chevrolet gave Koufax a new Corvette and he said he could use it to stand on when he washes his Rolls Royce.

he retired when I was a ute so I never saw him play but he was dominant for 5 or 6 years. He's about 87 now. He's been in the HOF since 1972 - 50 years!

I remember the game against the Giants when Koufax was pitching to Juan Marichal, the high kicking Giant pitcher, and Marichal hit Dodger catcher Johnny Rosboro in the head with his bat. I guess he thought a pitch was too close.

Of course you wouldn't know this but, that was my dad's tie and he gave it to me some years ago. I wore it this year on what would've been his 84th Birthday.

It could happen. Only "scattered" showers for the foreseeable future. Nothing definite.

Top 3 solo RAAM racers have finished. Nicole must have had a lot of trouble because she ended up third after leading most of the way. Coverage is sparse, almost non existent.
A friend was in Indiana and met up with an 8 person team which included some of his friends. Also this guy.
