Feeling Pumped? ...Guess again!

I have been feeling pumped about my resurrected '84 Nishiki lately. After stripping off all the components in preparation to donate it I had a very visceral and intense dream about riding it after which I decided to clean it and put it back together with less clutter. And boy was I glad I did.(The Commute That Almost Wasn't...).

However, yesterday afternoon, as I prepared to ride home from the office I noticed I forgot to put the mini frame pump back on the water-bottle cage mount!

After a fantastic, tail-wind aided ride home (!) I searched my boxes of bike stuff in the shed but couldn't find it until I looked at the 2006 Felt F-65 I bought to replace the Nishiki. And there, under the Felt's water bottle cage, was the mini-pump.

I'll pick up a new mini-frame pump at the bike shop at lunch. It's only .5 miles from the new job!

Here's the bike at the office, sans pump.

a few years ago I got pump mounts for all 3 bikes, but I still have to remember to move it from bike to bike depending on what I'm riding. I have other pumps but I like 1 in particular

looks like a great bike parking spot at work next to an outlet in case you want to charge a light or something?

I splurged and got another Mountain Morph. Now I have one for the commuter and one for the MTB. The commuter one is right now on the commuter bag and not on the bike, so I still need to remember to move it if I go for a not-commuter ride. There are still other bikes, too, though rarely used.

Note bottle of Orange Seal in pocket. There's a valve tool under it and bacon strips, bike multi tool, and knockoff Leatherman somewhere within
