How long before riding after triple hernia surgery?
Couldn't avoid it any longer... planning on taking a week off from work to start healing. I figure a month off the bike might be enough.

Ok, only double inguinal surgery 3 days ago. I figure a full month before getting on a bike. I'll see what the doc says next week at my follow up.

Yes highly recommend asking your doctor or the surgeon this somewhat important question

I actually thought there would be lots of hernia people responding, being a common surgery. Much more interest in Prostates here.
