I like these later ones with the 700c wheels. 38's fit with no problem.
Is in decent condition, has been in storage for the past year or so. Rides great but probably needs a slight tuneup and a new handlebar wrap. It is a touring bike and can carry decent amounts of gear and allows for a lot of part swapping.

The seat stay attachment to the seat cluster is all wrong. The fork crown is all wrong. I think the pump peg is wrong as well, although I am less sure about that. This is a frame that has had Cinelli graphics slapped on it, almost certainly after a respray. I give the seller (or whoever stuck the seller with this) points for attaching a Cinelli headbadge, but that cannot make up for the obvious non-Cinelli factors.
My best guess is it's a repainted Centurionelli, the joint Centurion/Cinelli project. Those were badged as Centurions, and they were nice frames. But they were not Cinellis, and this one isn't, either

This is an early 1990's 57 cm bicycle that to bike enthusiasts may need no introduction. If you do want its background, however, you might want to read what's below, taken from Deluxe Bicycles, an online website. The bike has Shimano Dura Ace STI shifters and rear derailleur. The front derailleur is Shimano Ultegra; the brakes are Shimano 105's.There are some blemishes that are visible in the photos above. The bike may need a new rear hub, new tires, and a tune up. The bike is priced accordingly. I just installed a new bottom bracket, new Shimano chain and new dark purple handlebar tape. If you're interested, please reply to me with "About your bike" in the title, so I know you're not an automated or robo-text, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks.
CUSTOM BIKE BUILDS
COOPER’S SEROTTA COLORADO CRL
The Serotta Colorado CRL was the top-of-the-line lugged steel racing frame offered by Serotta in 1992 with some creative innovation that is still seen in today’s bicycles. It was the first racing frame to utilize tapered tubes to increase frame performance. The seat tube and downtube are swaged as well as butted, and increase in diameter as they approach the bottom bracket. Before this was done, tube diameters were round and consistent only varying in tube thickness to increase performance across frame materials. Serotta had two facilities in house to be able to cut their own custom lugs for their custom sized tubes, a real game-changer at the time. Look carefully at the frame here and notice where the paint shifts color gradient, the tubes increase in size towards the bottom bracket. Tube tapering, swaging, shaping, and size variance is commonplace in almost any frame construction now.
This bike is decked out in 1990’s glory – all alloy ergopower Campagnolo Record converted to 10-speed. No detail on this bike was spared, down the the 10-speed record hubs and skewers to the rest of the majority of period correct racing componentry on this machine.
At the time this bike was built, it was cutting edge, and rivaled by few other Made-in-USA hand-built bicycles.

I sometimes get the itch for a balloon tire bike, but they all seem so small. Mostly designed for pre-teen paper boys? How are these things sized?

Danger, Will Robinson! Unless the seller can produce some iron-clad, bullet-proof provenance saying otherwise, that is not a Cinelli The required provenance I'm talking about would be something along the lines of a sworn affidavit from Cino Cinelli himself signed in his DNA-confirmed blood, with the signature witnessed by the Pope, the Dali Lama and Eddy Merckx.
