1970 Cilo Pacer Frame & Bits 57cm
Nice project bike with clean chrome, long Campagnolo dropouts with eyelets, Swiss Campagnolo BB, Campagnolo seatpost, some weird ti-rail saddle, Weinmann brakes, Pivo stem, headset unknown.

I rode this around (because I'm Swiss/American) a few years but the project has languished in the shed for too long.
Probably $100 shipped would be the deal of the year for a weird bike fan wanting to fix this up. Weird parts are worth that much on flea-bay.
I have the long rear drop out screws in a box somewhere I'll put on.

I love my Cilo Pacer. I scored mine on Craigslist about a decade ago. Best $160 I’ve ever spent. I’ve used it for commuting and around town errands since then. It probably gets as many miles as any of the bikes in my collection. I’ve upgraded mine bit by bit over the years. Expect a French threaded headset and Swiss-threaded bottom bracket Originally fitted with 27” wheels (I use Tip-off hubs laced to 27” Wolber Mod. 58 rims), I sometimes move the pads down and it can handle 32mm tubulars (tightest clearance beneath the front brake).
I think these frames got a pretty light topcoat. My paint has worn away in spots, especially the fork, although not as severe as this one. I sweat a lot, and living near the ocean, I’m in a constant battle with rust. I keep thinking that I should give it new paint to preserve it, but I like the patina and crackled-paint it has developed. I end up giving mine an oxalic acid bath almost every year and it’s due for another one soon.
Edit: did slowride79 back out? If so, I am interested. It looks a little smaller than 57 cm. Can you confirm measurement again both top tube and seat tube and if you could do the center to center that would be great.

The shop I worked for sold these for a time when exchange rates were favorable. The chrome on the seat tube we concluded was masked and plated before fabrication. An interesting way to do it.
