Yeah, as stated above. it's the same company for both sites. BikeShopWharehouse are their clearance/returned bikes.

Bikes and notorious for drawing lawsuits.
There may also be some issues with selling particular bikes for under suggested retail through various dealer or franchise regulations meant to protect other dealers.
