Looks too thin to be an alloy frame ... mid/late 90s Fuji Touring Series is my guess? If so: RSX/STX mix of bits & TrueTemper AVR frameset.
Award for worst photos of the day! I have no idea what it is - but - it is listed for $75 and $75 with what parts I can see seems a good deal (triple, canti's, possible tourer??)

Seller is right this one looks quite good. Every Centurion I see has been beaten. I realize it's only a Sport (Infinity tubing) but still it's in really good shape and besides, seller knocked off $50 after a week listed and still says OBO.

I thought the same thing at first but I think the slight rotation of the front wheel is what’s breaking the visual line between the head tube and fork…no? Also can’t find the paint issues. (Not to be contrary…I love an opportunity to discuss and learn!)

If you blow up the first photo it says Fuji Touring Series pretty clearly.
Not with my eyes it doesn't. Could be computer but more likely I need new glasses.
Now that you say it, I can vaguely see it could be "Touring Series" but that's two words (I can't see anything resembling Fuji). Also is that a number at the end? Maybe a 2? I know there were several models of the Touring Series. Was there any that were less/more desired? I thought they came with Mountech but then from what I little I can see it's bars and shifters have changed so who knows.
Anyway I emailed the seller, so we will see.....

And the FUJI is in outline on the downtube:
So yeah, should be a good score.
Re. the Centurion, the top tube does appear bent just aft of the headtube, typical of a front-ender.

Better photos for the Buffalo Fuji Touring Series.
If I was able to cross the border, I'd go look but Trudeau says "no" to that. Frame would need a repaint or powder coat but if the seat post and stem weren't seized (big if with that rust) and no deep rust issues it might be worth it as a rebuild.
Schreck83 - Might fit you...??

^^^^^^ Rust close-ups are a game-changer for that Fuji (I never go to bookface, so I could only go by the photos posted here).
