Cadence for large cyclists

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Flat pedals, low-riding gym shorts, no jersey? No.

Riding on the edge in heavy traffic is a game that can easily end badly. I played that game for a few years when I was cycling to Uni. It is fun for sure and I was lucky not to get injured. But I wouldn't do it now. Only takes one idiot to open a door on you. Only have to look at the number of lawyers specialising in courier cycle accident claims to work out that it's not really very safe.
