Apollo cruiser bikes?

Wal-Mart sells some cruiser bike models made by a company called Apollo. They have steel forks and aluminum frames. They have seven speed retailer models with rim brakes front and rear, and models with Nexus IGH 3 speeds with coaster brakes in back and front rim brakes. Just missed a shot at a ladies model of the later version for $170 or so. They sold out and the price went up to $310. They have men's models, both the 7 speed retailers and 3 speed IGM for around $300. Thinking about ordering one. Here is the mens IGH model:

Can't find much Info on these. A step through would be okay with me, as I am a 69 year old prostate cancer survivor with one messed up knee.
