Nice bike/build. I considered doing the same thing to a Poprad but decided to go with a Salsa Vaya instead because there were more available to choose from and I wanted my new frame to be in perfect condition. Considering they don't make the Pop any longer I was finding it difficult to find one in the condition I was looking for in my size.
If if I can find a Pop in my size I may still build one.

Very nice! Love the color! I need to test a bike with SRAM to get a feel what it's like! Curious what brakes are those?

Last photo that we took yesterday.
I wanted to take nice photos before the bike gets used :-) to have a nice memory of a fun project. This bike build is for my wife. She will be the primary rider. Just to clarify some details - I did not do the build. I wanted to but I didn't want to mess it up due to relative time constrains and the fact that it wasn't for me. So I sourced and bought the frame, the drive train, discs, pedals, the tubeless carbon rims, the hubs etc ... and my friend a talented bike mechanic enthusiastically participated by putting it all together. :-)

Hey Pedaling W,
Is that an aftermarket disc brake caliper attachment bracket on the front fork of your Lemond Poprad Build?
And if you care to share, what was to total build cost from frame to finish?

The whole build was around $3000
It always amazes me how those who know their stuff notice these little things. My mechanic proudly showed me his solution on the fork. Yes it is an aftermarket widget he attached. :-)

Sweet looking ride by the way.
I was considering adding a front disk brake to my bike, but there are no caliper attachment points on the fork.
Would you please share what aftermarket disk caliper attachment assembly was used on your bike?

My fork has mount points for a disc brake. You can not add a disc brake to a fork unless it has the mounting points.
