Araya RM25
I have a set of Araya RM25 wheels on my late 80’s Takara mountain bike.
The spokes are pretty rusted out so I looked on eBay for a replacement. They are going for near $200 for used ones.
Why are they so expensive? Just because they aren’t made anymore?
The wheel itself is fine, anyone know somewhere I could get the spokes replaced?

Any competent wheelbuilder could replace the spokes. But if they aren't breaking, and the wheels are staying true it's not urgent.

They are expensive because on ebay you can ask whatever you want for an item. Remove a spoke, measure buy what you need and start replacing one at a time. I doubt a shop will relace both wheels for less than $200.
Do it yourself, or sand em & spray paint.
