Lightbulb Individually tailored vintage bike clothes from Ukraine

Hi all.
I’m and my wife are owners of small family tailor shop in Ukraine, Vinnitsa. Before current events we usually sew tailor made clothes for all (from dresses to swim suites). Because I’m cycling enthusiast – from MTB to restoring and surely riding vintage bikes we also started to make vintage style cycling jersey, shorts, vests and surely musettes. You may know me from photos of restored vintage bikes in recent 2 years. Understandably, after current events local business went down – many just left Ukraine for EU, we stayed. This is our home. I’m not asking for donations or charities – just for you to consider us, if you might want to order some vintage style bike clothes (or any others for that matter). I’m asking for help to save one, not so important, peaceful family world and give some work to us and few our employees to distract us from troubles around.
We can ship anywhere by ordinary postal service – it’s still working and just takes little longer.
You can contact me here or on telegram https://t.me/Spellscape.

I was looking around on Etsy and Ebay a couple weeks ago, to see if there were any options to buy a long sleeve wool cycling jersey from anyone in Ukraine. I imagine any purchase would be too late for riding this spring, but might arrive by fall. Is that a possibility? I'd be very open to pretty much any color, but dislike the rubbing from seams/lettering across the chest. I'd also love to get something a bit thicker, for colder weather riding. For now, I use 2 Surly wool jerseys, for reference, but I would like something a little thicker.

I might also be open to a fabric tool roll, and maybe even some button-up shirts for work.

I was looking around for what the Ukraine national team cycling jersey looks like, don't need text but assume it is yellow and blue.
Found Zelensky with a football (soccer) jersey.
Possible to make one up like that?

I agree that a jersey in Ukraine colors would be interesting.

Modern one it s similar to that

we actually making more new vintage style design with ethnic pattern but sadly currently can't make bib shorts with insert ( they unavailable now). We can still make shorts you can use with cycling underware.
Note that we can and prefer to make for each person individual size ( so some measurements could be needed).
So you get individual clothing in single copy just for you, but each ( even similar coloured) would be individual. Sleeves, patterns and pockets etc can be anything you want them too.

I'd also be interested in wool jerseys if that's something you can do—short sleeve, long sleeve, and thicker long sleeve like beech333's asking about.

I bought a custom jersey from this seller, pretty sure. My first experience with wool.
Fit well, ended up more of a dress once I sweated in it for 6 hours, but I'd buy again, had I the need.

Hello
I don't think that you bought from us - we previously sold out things only locally

I agree completely with jdawginsc ! What would be the cost to make and ship to the US? Can you do lettering? What measurements do you need and do you prefer metric over imperial?

Cost of them are 50-65 Euros (wool could be higher but limited fabric selection of it for now)
Shipping in general 10-15 EUR
Lettering could be done - method depends on design and complexity
About measuring (in metric would be strongly advised) and ordering please contact us direct at spellscape (at) hotmail.com
but in general they are for jersey:

Amazing. Mind if I spread the word? How is shipping working at this time? Must be a fraught situation. Please be safe and may this war end NOW.
