Fiesta Island Time Trial 20K TTT. Photo by rl568@hotmail.com
This shot is at the completion of a lap and ahead is the start house where riders were still starting. My wife hates this shot because she thinks she does not look fierce enough and looks like she is sitting up. The reality is she is trying to watch the traffic and make smooth transition into the next lap past the start.

Actually, this was relief AFTER suffering. @Ttoc6 - Looks like I wasn't the only one on an Allez Sprint!

Funny.. I'm in the process of putting feelers out about selling my allez sprint and had someone ask the furthest ride I'd ever done on it. Being able to link the LoToJa strava post was pretty great!
(Love my allez, just putting feelers out about selling!)

@Ttoc6 what are you thinking of replacing it with? Just sticking your CAAD?
As far as road goes I have a 2013 TCR advanced ICP (amazing) and I race on a 2016 Venge expert which is just a crappy frame. Thinking of replacing it with an Allez Sprint. I also have a caad9 that I leave at my parents as a back up/loaner bike.

Little off topic, but I think Specialized does aluminum better than Cannondale.
I liked my ‘03 S-Works E5 better than my Caad 9, which I liked better than my Caad 10. I also like my Allez Sprint better than the 10. Not sure between it and the 9. Didn’t own them back to back.

Coming out of the second of 2 increasingly soft and muddy trenches
Later races saw many crashes in the 2 ditches since they were getting so soft. The mud in the first one just after the start/finish was close to a foot deep.

Still pretty clean/fresh at this point during a pretty wet/sloppy event. 2018 UGG gravel race. This is the sharp corner before descending the stairs by the start/finish each lap.

a few from Barrio Logan GP last weekend:
I'm third from the right of the SDBC riders (red, white, black)
Not doing the best job of staying low right here... maybe I was tired!
finishing a pull early in the break, watching this guy get cheered on by his girlfriend. how sweet .
Should have grabbed third, maybe even second, but that would have required a different approach in those final corners and a lot more effort! Also go Trevor!
