Got an early start for a long ride on Saturday. This is probably one of the best photos I've ever taken. It was all luck.

IKR. I have a five-day tour planned starting 10/24. I am keeping the mileages relatively short so I don't have to scramble to set up camp, shower and cook before it gets dark. Not looking forward to the end of DST next month.

My cousin's grandson Denver and his very own calf. At least five generations of farmers in their dynasty... not a bike rider in the bunch. Although cute, he's thinking money not pet.

Yep ... a decent cellphone. I need to pull down the original and clean it up a bit. We get some awesome sunsets this time of year.

Very docile 6 pt buck in the back yard. T’was rubbing his horns rather vigorously on a branch. Wish the phone/camera had been handy (2 days ago) when a bobcat calmly stretched then strolled thru the large grassly portion of the back. The lesser seen critters are on the move with changing Fall weather.

to keep it bicycle related = glad he is in my forest not in my road

Had to cut short my tour this week thanks to crazy weather Monday night and more forecast. 9th Street beach in Ocean City, NJ as I was heading up to Atlantic City to catch a train home.
