Not my style but might really pop on a black or forest green frame. Wonder if they'd make a package deal for a full gruppo (I did not see hubs, however).

Hmm, a Regina Oro freewheel worthy of the name.

what.... just gold plated?
I want a crankset made of solid gold! That's what the real rich folks ride!

So, instead of stress riser cracks, it just bends.

Obviously, it's just for hanging on the wall!
Except that it would be insanely heavy (and expensive) if all of those parts were solid gold. Sounds like an interesting math problem.

I saw some of this stuff on eBay a month or two ago. My reaction was and remains: Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

TETO.....I have some gold anodized stuff that will look good on any color frame.....However I am not a fan of the gold plated parts, plating must be very thin and as some have stated perhaps for W.H.'s only.
Best, Ben
BTW if I were going to plate any campy stuff my go to would be all S.R.

Never ever did warm up to gold plated/toned bike components.
They just keep reminding me of the time when people used to put gold plated brand and model badges on their cars in the 80's and 90s......which looked tacky, instead of classy to me, personally...... I suppose, maybe the riders with such on their bikes can balance it out by wearing a whole bunch of gold chains and jewelry when they ride their golden bikes??..........Naaaah!......
