I Couldn’t ride yesterday even though it was nice weather.
I had to get an endoscopy and doctor and wife said no driving and no bike riding the rest of the day .
I’d planned a cart path ride today but my riding buddy was tied up except for early morning and if I can I wait until it warms up .
Took off to town on my old Specialized Hardrock .
Nice morning and ride . Felt good !

Finally a chance to ride outside. Straight into a headwind too oof! My wheel sensor and phone GPS don't match very well. I guess it's time to borrow some of my daughter's chalk and take a real measurement.

I missed my goals for the last 2 months, so this month my goal is the same as last year's mileage for April - 567kms.
So far 87 kms this week, 279 mtd, 1053 ytd.
-0.8lbs this week, -2.6 mtd, -16.6 ytd.
There'll be rain this weekend all the way till tuesday. Then a few sunny days and then back to rain. The last two weekends have been rainy as well. There was hail the first weekend of April.
I feel though that if I don't go out and put in the miles, I'm not going to lose weight or get in better shape. So I'm just going to go rain or no rain.
