GP5000 28mm pressures you run?
Been experimenting with pressures on GP5000 28mm tubed tires on Mavic Open Pro rims. Been settling on 80psi rear/ 65 psi front. I weight 150lbs and the bike with gear is about 24lbs. I ride dry tarmac exclusively.

If you run 28mm GP5000 tires, what pressures are you running?

My system weight is comparable to yours and I ride TPU tubes.
Tyres measure 1-2mm wider than advertised on my rims.
28mm (I think it measures 29.5) GP5K rear at 75-80 PSI.
25mm (I think it measures 27) GP5K on the front at 80-85PSI.
I usually pump the tyres above these PSI and then let air out with a small gauge to get my target PSI. I mostly ride at the lower end of these two options but I routinely add 5 based on the type of route/surface/competitiveness/mood of the ride. Below these ranges generally feels too soft, above feels too harsh. Road/path surfaces are varied, there are all sorts of surface treatments and materials on my daily route alone, but I never really encounter really poor surfaces aside from some more remote climbs. Never had a pinch flat with these pressures.

Pressure depends upon many factors. This is a good web-site to determine starting pressure:

Modify up or down based upon your feel.

most calculators are suggesting 70 psi rear for me which seems low. I'll give it a try though

I've found the pressure calculator at zipp.com to be accurate. Be sure that your pump gauge is accurate. Mine was off by 8
psi.
psi.

I weigh 205 to 210 pounds and run 80 psi rear 28mm and 75 psi front 25 mm tube tires. On a 2021 Domane.

Not sure exactly what tire you are running but many continental tires have a max pressure of 120 psi (or less). Might want to move to a wider tire.

Depends on internal wheel width/volume also.
HED for example on their 25mm external wheels say you don't need that much. I can only imagine a wider one even lower.
Your weight you don't need 80psi in even a 25mm tire. Much less a 28. If I were you I'd probably go rear at 70 and front at 65. If the tarmac is really nice maybe go 75/70. But you definitely don't need 80 psi in those things.

At 210 bike and me, I ran 65F and 70R on 28 mm with tubes. On the 25 mm GP5K and at 240 lbs, I still only run 78/82 psi tubeless. With Tubes, I ran 89 psi front and rear 25 mm albeit a different bike.
If I were you, I would experiment with much lower pressure in the rear and a little lower in the front.

With 17mm internal width rims, I run 28mm GP5Ks at 80F/85R. I weigh 200.

This is correct. 25mm GP5Ks have a 120 PSI max rating.

Tried 70/60 rear/front
While comfy, it felt too squishy and sluggish to me
going back to 80/65 psi rear/front. Seems to be my sweet spot

I have the 25mm version on Open Pro rims and run 70/75 psi, and that seems just about right for 175lbs of rider + bike.
