Condition isn't nice, but I wonder if components are original and if the bike is salvageable! What model and tubing is it?

the downbubble is initally striking

reckon rear round thing to be a twenty-seven and front one to be a seven hundred

appears to date from near to nineteen and eighty

columbus tubing transfer visible

drive train looks original

headset looks to be campag ngs

please check stem/bar mount:
the second generation 3ttt record model stem has a clamp size of twenty-six mm and the steel bar in there likely has a centre diameter of twenty-five point four mm. hope some shim stock be present.

Single bottle boss mounts, under bb cable guide. That points to about 1983. The cranks look like Ofmega, those are most likely original, with the shifters, saddle, and stem. The wheels may be original. The rest is replaced. I'm thinking the original brakes were probably black Modolo Speedy, probably Nuovo Record derailleurs, benotto branded seatpost

Salvagable yes, the wheels maybe not depends on the internal.

wheels mis-matched for size so both cannot be original

by nineteen eighty-three one would expect incasso arrestor mount

the ngs headset, typically the last component anyone changes, is consistent with second tier campag kitting which supports gear ensemble as original. front hub appears tipo/ngs so front wheel may be original.

if cycle were as late as nineteen eighty-three the second tier campag kitting would have been triomphe/victory rather than what we see.

Oh, it does look to be nut mount on back brake. Interesting

If it's not an 800/850, or not a 3000, check VERY carefuly the BB shell and adjoining tubes; the Mexico-built versions of the other models have a deserved reptation for cracks in that area.

Given the condition, I would be surprised if the bearings were still good. Lots of water has washed over the HS crown bearings, likely the hub bearings and making the BB suspect. That RD is truly impressive!

The frame and maybe the calipers might be salvageable.
