How come these kinds of rides are never on my radar? I feel like I see an ad for every gravel put on in the US all year, but never anything for rides like this. I'm kinda over gravel so these rides really pique my interest.

The traditional date for Cino was moved for various reasons, I think it worked out better for you since school wasn't in session yet? The earlier you announce, the more likely peoples can arrange their life around Cino. Also consider tapping into the BF community to help out on planning, logistics, etc. early on. We're all used to Skype meetings now...;-)

Cino isn't specifically a "gravel" ride, but there's plenty of it, so if you're burnt out on it, it may not be your thing. Read this to understand the spirit of Cino. So, while your Warbird might be the perfect bike for this sort of ride, it's not really in the spirit of Cino.

Well, we're on flood watch here in the Willamette Valley. It's times like these that I think about joining Soup_Please and moving back to Tucson.

Finally got my surgery re-scheduled and leaving sunny Florida for the cold rain of Oregon on Sunday. Expect to be back for CINO 2022 with fully functioning lungs at long last. Don

We dodged a bullet and got our chimney rebuilt Mon. and Tues. it had been scheduled for August and more brickwork will have to wait.

As of today, it's unofficially official - Cino 2022 has been scheduled for pre-fire season on the weekend after our nation's birth: July 8-10, 2022. We begin planning details soon, hopefully registration to be released no too far into the new year. Fun stuff like the Concours d'Elegance will return. One of the parents is already planning wool jerseys. We're testing out caterers. We plan on returning to the full monty this year!
