I love them both. Though admittedly Lorelei gets ridden every day whereas Petra only on "special occasions".
Edited to add a link to the story of how I came to have two. https://velovoice.blogspot.com/2015/1...-were-two.html

1988 Raleigh Portage (Canadian) rebuilt for a client three or four years ago. She now enjoys an ebike so I'm sure it will be resold. I've not seen another like it.

And now for something completely different
It has a 3 speed Shimano rear hub too . I just haven't hooked it up yet.

My late 70s UO18c
Acquired this bike in rough shape to scavenge parts for a friend’s UO9 restoration. After I cleaned it, I saw that it had good bones and decided to fix it up and make it my about town bike.

That is delightful, I would have considered new blue bar tape as an homage to the earlier Peugeots that were Blue with yellow lugs and livery.

This week I have been cleaning up a 1982(?) Japanese built Raleigh Gran Sport. This bike uses a High Ten Japanese frame and components and is nothing especially fancy, Just a well built 29.5 lb. utility bike.

Finished this 1970 Super Course for my youngest a couple weeks ago. Pic was taken before rerouting the brake cable.
It looked like this when I imported it from Maine after Turkey Week.
My oldest found it in a thrift store for a whopping fifty cents. That kid is a consummate bargain hunter. I couldn't save the Blumels or the Brooks B67, just too far gone. I did think about saving the Maine kickstand hanger but decided it was too much trouble.
Just not worth the time.

UPDATE: Question re: triple or double.
I'm having issues with the Deore 10-sp shifter moving the RD across the XTR 10-cog range. I think I know the issues, but I'm having 2nd thoughts on the triple.
I also need to drill, tap threads, and mount an under-BB cable guide for the FD, as the frame was set up for full cable and an FD with a cable stop, and had no cable guides under the BB.
I have a nice Ultegra double crankset and FD that I think may work better, and I can expand the rear cassette to make a compact double work almost as well.
What sayest the mixte minds?

Cliff Pratt mixte restoration before bike build
A Cliff Pratt (English lightweight) mixte frame I bought on eBay a few years back finally went under a frame update for cantilever brakes and Shimano Alfine 11 gear hub. Frame has been thoroughly cleaned, media blasted and professionally refinished in bicolour pearl white and blue. Soon will be built up...

As for some more details on the Cliff Pratt mixte, apart from adding braze-ons to this frame, the rear spacing also was set to 135mm to take the Shimano Alfine11 gear hub by removing the original brake bridge and setting the stays to size in order to have them remain straight, and then a wider brake bridge was brazed into place.
Paint job was done by GriN (David Polak), probably the most professional bicycle painter in Hungary (https://www.facebook.com/bicyclepainting/).
For the whole story I should add, that actually there is a "his" bike accompanying the Cliff Pratt but its an off-topic, regular frame, so I post only one photo here. It's an ultra rare 1947 Holdsworth Cyclone De-Luxe road-path, being updated similarly to the Cliff Pratt:
