Masi Gran Criterium or not?
Was looking at a bike, has "Masi", flag decals and "Gran Criterium", top-of-the bb shell (and chainstay) cable guides, water bottle bosses and top-tube guides and lugs and cutouts all look correct. No pic of the seat lug, bb shell bottom, and the fork crown is neither a twin-plate nor chromed (but it looks right, nice graceful curve at the bottom).
(And a lot of equipment that probably is much later.)
What kind of Masi is this likely to be?

Color looks like mine. I'm told it was bought in SoCal around 1980. Mine is a bit of mystery, doesn't have a California serial number but doesn't quite seem Italian built either. I think my fork is a replacement as it is recessed brake and the rear is nutted brake. Anyway here are a couple of pics, hopefully it helps. I really like mine.

Lugs look Henry James sourced parts...
but the upper lug, unsure.
fork crown looks Fischer- those did not meet together timeline wise.
graphics package looks earlier- before 1978 when there was just Masi and before they went to all yellow text fill.
graphis package flipped those flags should appear on the other side.
color does not look OEM.
need more details.

I see a Masi Gran Criterium decal. Anything else would be purely speculation, considering it would be based upon a fuzzy photograph of only one half of the bike
