Aha! that seems right, if not an absurd amount of extra hardware - Not a much different effect than the LED valve stem caps

I would say there l rim lights for looking at as a bar bike. I would also say they don't look complete and appear to be missing some parts.

I want those spoke-stick things that can make a picture when spun, with software to have the picture(s) be a pair of hamsters running inside my wheels, matched of course to how fast/slow I'm going.
