Foot injury question
Hi all, I bought a Stationary bike to practice at home, put on shoes that were too narrow and injured my left foot. It feels thickening of the tissue that surrounds the digital nerve leading to the toes. Has anyone had anything like this? How did you take care of it? I went to physical therapist and he doesn't believe its Morton's neuroma.

If you have numb toes, then it might as well be Morton's neuroma. I think the main cure for it is orthotics, or at least a metatarsal pad.
And wider shoes, there is no reason to constrain your foot while cycling.

Might be best to seek professional medical help but in my experience of riding my bike indoors, the bike fitting is important riding indoors as it is on an outdoor bike. Make sure the trainer is configured to your and your wife's body shape or you will have problems. I'm sure there are some Youtube videos you could find that would provide some guidance.

It's not unusual to suffer shoulder/neck pain from riding a bike. Usually people don't notice because their butt hurts.

Many things it could be: plantar fasciitis, bone spur (which is usually the cause of PF), stress fracture, etc. I've been dealing with a similar situation.
