New Bike owner (Trek Verve 2) bike bag question
I would like a bag big enough to carry (2) tubes, a patch kit, and tire levers. I’m also interested in a phone mount. I’m looking for suggestions from the group. Should I get a “all in one” or separate items?
Bike is used for 10-15 mile rides for pleasure and exercise. (Girlfriend and myself)

Personally, I like keeping all the flat changing stuff in an underseat bag. The phone on a mount or in a jersey pocket.

You're overthinking this. Find something in the price range you're comfortable with and one that is sized in order to carry what you expect to be carrying. Enough room for a phone, spare tube, patch kit, ID and a little cash.

Go to a bike shop and see what they have. That way you'll know if your stuff will fit in.

On one bike I have a Serfas Speed bag and the other a roll-up bag from Spurcycle, which I see is no longer on their website. The serfas comes in 2 or 3 different sizes and multiple colors. It's also expandable although I've never used that feature.
If you start looking at underseat bags you'll see there are hundreds of them. It's like trying to choose a phone case.

My wife has a bag similar to the Rock Bros and likes it. I prefer a under saddle bag as a flat kit and keep the phone in a jersey pocket. Select something that can accommodate the things you want to carry. My bag is a tad too small.

My underseat bag is a VeloOrange Daytripper (Gen. 1) that is a bit larger than I would like, but will fit a windbreaker along with the tubes, patch kit and small tools. That bag is made in coordination with Road Runner Bags for VeloOrange. I have at least 3 or 4 others that are smaller, plus for longer trips, an old (oops, "vintage") Cannondale tubular tire bag with zippered side pockets that attaches with a toeclip strap.
I use a Roadrunner Bags 'Burrito' (8" x 3.5") that I modified with an interior stiffener made from a milk jug and thin stiff foam for my iPhone. The stiffener prevents bag sag and its location between the drops and brake levers protects the phone, plus I can hear of it rings. I do not need to see the screen while riding.

I have no experience with the bags you are looking at but my wife has a Trek Verve 2. A few days ago I bought her a Topeak Large Saddlebag and it was more than large enough to hold anything she wanted to put in there.
