Chain slipping top jockey wheel

So started cycling this season again. I replaced the derailleur hanger, rear derailleur and the chain.

Shifts awesome.

Cycle fine.

Really noisy. Noticed the chain would come off on the top jockey wheel and then slip back in. Doesn't matter what gear it is in. Can't figure it out. So confused.
