Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I've got the same mount I use for my knock off go pro camera. It made for much better shots.

Just ordered yet another pair of Shimano Saint pedals (my 3rd pair) and 8 Conti road tubes from Planet Cyclery.

I'm giving up clipless & cleats for good.

I don't use my gopro a lot, probably less than half of the time. The battery life is really the only thing keeping me from taking it out more. But it's good to have the option with the mount.

There is a pearl Izumi outlit in my small town, they are closing and have 25% off everything. Picked up some new shoes. Now I need to buy some new cleats.

I recently bought some new cycling shorts. A couple pair from on-line and a couple pair locally. Old ones were getting too worn.

I also ordered a new saddle. One of those bend-beak looking SMP saddles. Very similar to the saddle style I've been using... and decided to give it a try.

A titanium rear rack for my Birdy folder. I am using this bike for a tour soon, and need a rack to support a pair of light panniers. The rack is beautifully made, and folds with the bike.

Wow.. a little bit of flex and I'd be worried something will get caught in that cutout.

How do you like it so far? The version with integrated gauge piqued my interest, but I'm a bit wary of the magnetic connection.

It's in the mail.. I will try to post something though. I decided against the gauge since it doesn't tend to matter that much after a flat.. enough is close enough. Plus I'd only use it if i was alone and not in a rush or had used my CO2. My gf has a similar Lenzyne version that has a screw attachment instead of the magnet. From the videos the connection seems pretty solid
