Thanks for posting that ^ Curbtender - some tall guy around San Jose could do pretty well.
Here is a 1975 model going for 265 around Fenton MI. (not mine) - A fairly reasonable price if it's as good as it looks. . .

Here is my '73 Green Super Course that I've posted here in C&V before. It was my first SC, and it was the start of my affinity for them.

Here's my entry. I pulled it out of a recycle pile at the local dump. Just my size. Last time I counted I had parts from over a dozen bikes on it. Many of them from the same dump. The frame, fork headset and some of the bottom bracket are origional. The 3rd chainring was origionally part of the origional freewheel, too.
I keep saying I'm gonna paint it this winter but I haven't been able to take the sandpaper to it. Patina kind of grows on you, like moss or lichen.

I've owned a half dozen, but the two currently in the fleet are
a 1972 w/ a Sturmey-Archer AM rear hub; it now sports a Sturmey bar-end shifter (which works great):

Nice foul weather bike. Make sure you don't get a ring that's too small for your bolt pattern.

Here is my SC. It's a 1973 that I had repainted in BRG with ivory. Most of the hanging bits are also upgrades from my original bike. The original color was flame.

Black one, this is the oddball Prugnat lugged model. That has to be rare, everyone here seemed stumped by the lugs? This thing deserves complete customization! I may start on it some day soon, who knows.

Nice super courses everybody. I'm on the hunt for one to build up with all the goodies I've snagged from the bikes I've flipped. I thought I finally found one it was a 74 but it sold 20 minutes before I got there to snatch it up. The old fella that had it kept it in pristine condition and sold it for $75.
