Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

LOL! yes, I've since then picked up the light mount for the Madone. However, it kept falling off when I'd hit bumps. Since then, I've mounted it on the saddle, like the Emonda has had it for a while.

My 2022 Domane SL5
After my 2018 Domane ALR5 was destroyed when I was struck by a car and nearly killed in Nov. 2021, I was very lucky to find this 2022 SL5 in one of my local bike shops while I was still in the early stages of recovery.

Trek stopped making the ALR5 and I decided that surviving the accident was worth the upgrade from the (still made/available ) AL5 to an SL5.
