I have liked the Ambrosio Keba "Confreriale" 650b rim. They are pretty analogous to the Mavic A319, double eyelets and about 575g weight. Bombproof and easy to build up. I have 3 sets of wheels built with these, I got them from XXcycle and had them shipped to a friend living in Europe, who traveled to the states with them. Now it looks like they are out of production, but another company is making nearly the same thing, the Exal ZX19. I have been pretty happy with my Confreriale rims. I believe the story is that they were commissioned by the Confrerie des 650 (hence the name confreriale), a group of French people who were keeping 650b alive in the dark days of the '90s and early 2000s.

I always like to measure the rims for myself before ordering spokes.
