Took 30 liters of spring water from the mountain.
(I'm not a "raw water fan", just do it as a physical exercise.)

Post Can we do cycling after dinner

Yes, if it is done with some major precautions. Take atleast 2 hours of rest after having dinner then start cycling. But it is suggested to do cycling in the morning with an empty stomach. If you want to have deep understanding on Can we do cycling after dinner then it is suggested to read my blog post on Cycling Guru blog site.
Hope it helped you,

Did our weekly FOOD & supplies run on Wed. the 15th. added a run to post office and we headed out to Panera Bread for a unsweet iced tea to have along with our brown bag lunch. 20 miles RT. Makes a utility run a lot more FUN!

Have been trying to do as much of the grocery shopping for the two of us I can on the bike. Only about 4 miles round trip and there is a dedicated biking path for most of it. Picked up this Schwinn Speedster earlier in the summer. I carry about 50 lbs total on each trip. Any more than that and the bike starts to wheelie. Sometimes I bring fresh cut flowers just to feel more European on the 3 speed.

Not today but back in August I made a 17 mile round trip beer run on the mtb with the homemade saddlebags. It was a rainy Sunday and I had a flat one mile from home, with a spare tire but no pump(never again). At least I had beer to drink when I got home.

Beer!

I've been volunteering at a food bank and sometimes get assigned to food rescue from a local grocery store. They have a fleet of Burley trailers we can borrow but I also built a plywood platform that ratchet straps atop the rear rack which can hold lighter items (mainly to keep the bike from getting too top heavy). Today there was a lot of carrot juice quarts, some whole pies, and bouquets of flowers amongst the usual stuff like bread and produce.
