I can't believe I haven't posted mine before. It's a mid-90s Bianchi Nyala I've owned since new.

Picked up this crazy horse today. Seems to be all there. Dig the simplex bits.

Here's the mostly interesting bike I own. Custom ordered by the original owner back in 89 and he picked the paint. It was one of the first built, so it didn't get decals (other than fork). The bike is an 1989 Extreme Punisher.
Unfortunately, the builder didn't add vent holes at the BB. After 30 years, moisture got into the seat tube, rusted and it cracked.
It does fit so I am getting quotes for the repair, but I may pass it on to someone who is more into high end vintage mountain bikes and let them choose.

How about the saddle & bag? I'd love to get a Brooks for my '84 Stumpjumper Sport, but looking to save some money.
Also, have you tried the 1.75 Panaracers? I've currently got 2.1" Maxxis DTHs, but I'd like to try something a bit narrower next time.

The bag is a Carradice Barrel Bag. Perfect size for a basic tool kit and a spare tube. Mounted up front, I've found they are perfect for a burrito. A cheaper alternative would be the Banjo Brothers barrel bag, about twenty-two bucks online.
Which Panaracers are you talking about? I've used T-Servs in the past, and really like them. Designed for messengers, they are light weight but also have great puncture protection.

1984 Peugeot Grand Canyon
Taken yesterday when I arrived at work.
This is one I just finished converting from Beer Truck to Commuter. I really like the DTH tires.

1991 Paramount Series 70 PDG. Just finished putting this one back together. Plenty of cool parts on this. White Industries hubs, Grafton pedals and XT group. Fun ride.

The Mt. Rainier looks pretty good after a good cleaning, now I just need to install the cables and take it on the trail. I have a modern mountain bike, Specialized Camber, but somehow I just love the feel of these old bikes, The hardtail is fast with no lost power, they are light and nimble and you can appreciate every bump in the trail. It also takes you back to a time when everything was a little simpler.

My 198(x?) Kuwahara Apollo. Got it in the spring and have only just recently gotten it into a more or less ridable state. It was pretty beat up. Still needs a bit of work, but didn't want to invest too much into it until I decide what I want to do with it. I had bought it with the intent of converting it to a gravel style bike - adding drop bars, updating the drive train - but I'm not 100% sure if I'll go down the route..I'm really liking the Suntour Power Shifter levers. Friction shifting has never felt so good.
In the meantime, it'll serve as my daily rider while I shift my focus to fixing up my road bike. Probably the only things I'll do short term are:

- get a slightly longer seat post - the one it came with was pretty short, I stole the one in the picture from my road bike. I could use another inch I think
- try and source some shorter straddle cables. The brakes are dia-compe and take the double ended cables. The readily available Jagwire ones are way to long. I can make it work on the front, but the back is iffy - using the old cable right now, but it's not in great shape. I was able to find a company in the US that has some, but they charge $30 USD to ship them to Canada. If anyone knows a Canadian source for these, that would be appreciated.

Is that the same Deeley family as Trevor, who sells powered (Harley Davidson) two wheelers?

I already posted a photo of this a while ago but I just upgraded the handlebars to velo orange with yellow grips. Also got a tune up. Rides and looks like new. Takara Highlander.

I'm preparing a classic roadbike to trade for this:
1993 Wheeler Comp-Line 6600. Anybody here know anything about these? There's not much on the interwebs...

Would love to see pics of the ParkPre 825 when you can. I worked in a shop in Colorado Springs in the early 90's that sold them. I always thought they were a very good looking bike. Very underappreciated!
