As long as they don't misspell it "Schwein" it's all part of the deal.

The bike is a ladies' Cross Fit and does not deserve this, and it's cheap if you need one.

Let's see some others!
I saw that ad; it smelled a bit fishy, with shipping of $3.79. Anyway, it didn't have 26" wheels. But it looks like someone bought it.

Must be something about FB Marketplace- I saw the same thing here with some type of Bianchi MTB advertised as a Schwinn. Unsurprisingly, the photo was terrible too.

To the Batavusmobile Robin!

Maybe the $500 was another typo and they meant $50.

I could not remember the formula, so I looked it up. Math is fun.

Number of permutations, P = n!/(n-r)!

where n is the number of things to choose from, and we choose r of them, no repetitions, order matters.

In this case, allowing for simple typographical errors, n=31 and there are r=7 letters needed (assume typos do not create an 8 letter misspellings, upper and lower cases don't matter).

Let's just say, that is a BIG number and leave it at that that. P = 13,253,058,000

Why 31 if there are 26 letters in the alphabet? You only need seven letters but you also only have 26 to choose from. Or am I missing something?

Typos - there are 26 letters but many more keys than 26 (or even 31). Then there are foreign, non-USA, keyboards, so it could be a lot more than 31. Math is fun.

Those Schwanns - high BBs, long cranks, very long headtube, usually white and instead of stems, they have beaks. Don't really look like climbing machines but they fly over the steepest of grades.

I don't know where the 31 comes from either. That may be how many ways to misspell Schwinn with 7 letters. It's possible to misspell a word with too many characters... so the correct answer is INFINITY minus one.

Nowadays, the proper spelling is "d-e-f-u-n-c-t." Similar to the Monty Python parrot.
