It’s crazy that someone dropped what was considerable coin back in the day for a top end bike, and maybe rode it once before putting it in storage.

That's a 1987 Cannondale SR600 club race bike painted custom by Cannondale. Made February of 1986

Yep. Usually a Tange product. I think the Aluminum forks came around 1989ish?
