And could you send a pic of tow of your Gap? Mainly the BB. Are your cable guides under the BB, or running through the braze on guides? I just got an older Gap frame. Braze on guides, but a braze on FD mount, so I am trying to pin down the year. I am currently getting it re-sprayed to replicate the Gap I raced in High School, in the Jamaican scheme. I have been wanting to build this bike for years. Finally found the frame, in my size. Here is how it will eventually look:

Here's a wild stretch. Looking for a 40 hole 700 tubular rim. Most used rims I've found out are trash and I want one that'll last.

Planning on building my touring frame with some NOS Maillard hubs and want 40 hole so less likelihood of spokes breaking and tubular because I prefer the ride.

I have an NOS 27 inch 40 hole rim and can add to that if required.

Not mine, but there's a pair on the bay apparently in Italy for $210 OBO. I doubt it helps, but I've been half-heartedly searching for a 40 hole clincher to lace onto a 3 speed hub and they were in my results.

So I picked up a pair of Racing T crank arms last year off eBay for cheap, great right? Was going to use them for my Trek. Threads passed the eye test, saw a bushing in the DS, thought, well OK at least it was fixed, put them in the build bin and kept messing with the frame. Turns out the bushing/retap was done BACKWARDS and will only fit a left pedal! So... I need another DS crank arm, 170mm. This is the style I have and what I would like if possible. Secondary interest in the later models (with the black rectangle and silver lettering), eventually changed to Centaur I think, will just need to confirm same BB (111mm) so I can match up the NDS too. Also open to a pair of arms if no orphans, rings or no rings. Rider quality OK (pic below stolen off eBay). Send me your trade needs and I'll see what I got, few random bits hanging around.
Edit: found an option for now, but still interested if anyone happens to have an orphan DS arm

I saw the Italian rims but thought I'd see if there were any that were cheaper on here first. Thank you on the Dyad rims (never heard of the company) so now I have a back up. I'll keep searching before committing to new as not able to tour for a while anyway...

Thanks. It's just for a silly use for a 1960 AW hub I pulled out of a rusted steel wheel. I don't even have a frame! Ideally, I'd find something with 120 rear spacing and just pop the new 3 speed in, and keep the rest. I'm really in no rush, I have other projects that deserve my attention before I build a wheel for a bike I don't own .

Ok folks,
Again I have a frame and fork that used to be the bike for the War Department that needs to find a new place to play. She rode it about twenty miles before it was relegated to a wall hanger. It is a 1985 team Fuji that was out fitted with a light blue and yellow head tube. After a house fire that damaged the paint it went to the powder coaters for a clean up. It came back today and the pics below are what it is. It is a 58 cm and ready for some new paint. So today's offer is this Fuji team bike from 1985 that needs a new home. I am sure it has a bunch of value to C&V members but as always if going to a good home that will be ridden it is for cost of shipping from here in sunny Bloomington, IN Smiles, MH

ISO a 170mm Suntour Microdrive or SR Powerflo crankset. These are the triples that take 94 BCD main rings. I have an SR crank but when I went to swap in new rings and the spiders where cracked at the bolt holes. I'd be interested in other 94 BD cranks, but I know all the Shimano offerings wont work because of chainline and Q factor. I have tons of bike junk/salvage so I can certainly provide a trade if I've got it.

ISO: Front rack that attaches to cantilever brakes

Nitto M12/M13 or Velo Orange cantilever rack are examples. Any other similar would be acceptable.

Roger, I have a Nitto M12 I'd be willing to trade for a front rack that attaches to mid-fork eyelets, such as the M18 or equivalent.
