Picture posting
I take good pictures, upload them to photobucket, post them here, and they look like crap although my originals look way better. I have a free photobucket account. Is there a way to make the pictures posted look better? Shut up PCAD...

Check upload settings. though I think the free Photobucket account limits the resolution. Could always try Google Picassa.
I usually reduce the picture size using photoshop of picture viewer before uploading to ensure that this won't happen.
