Panasonic had a custom order program in the late eighties, early 90's call "PICS" or something like that. I would have to search through a bunch of magazines to find it. They also included a Titanium bike if I am not mistaken...

One of you guys may just luck out. It's too short for me. It does fit my girlfriend, but she doesn't like to be hunched over on road bikes. We shall see.

Did you try the Yellow Jersey in Madison WI? The guy there appears to be a Panasonic expert and still imports a Panasonic tourer.
