Gazelle and another bike
Hi guys and gals,
I've moved from Toronto to Germany and looking for two bike: one for myself, and one for the girlfriend. I generally have very little clue about bikes, but I do know that Germany's second-hand bikes are cheaper than Toronto's. I'm hoping I can use the opinion of some experts here to decide on my purchase decision.
Distances here in Germany are not as long as the ones in North America. Typically, 30 minutes would get you from one corner of the city to the opposite side. Surfaces are also usually flat. So I think a road bike, even one with 3 gears or none, would be sufficient.
I've found a guy who fixes and sells bikes. He's shared me some pictures and prices:
Bike 1: 120 euros.

Not sure if this is for the 2nd bike as well:
Any feedback and pointers are truly welcomed. Thanks, peeps. Really appreciate your help.

Nice bikes! I wouldn't mind paying 230 for the second one. The first one is not too much of my liking, but it does look good and in good condition.

Silver Mixtie appears to have Positron, early index shifting. I would pass by on that one. The Gazelle is interesting, 230 Euro seems a expensive but I do not know the local market.
