Addiction 2021.4

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A great amount of stress was relieved for me tonight.

The registration on my spouse's car expires at the end of the month. We need to have the title to register it in SC.

I knew that we had the title somewhere but over the past couple of months after the move I have been digging through boxes and boxes and folders within boxes to find it.

Even sent a duplicate title request to IL but never got a response.

I've been losing sleep over this.

I thought I would have to fly (or drive ) to IL and apply for a duplicate title in person at the DMV. Now with Omicron becoming more prominent I'm not really in the mood to fly.

Found the title tonight

MoAlpha do you talk on cell phones? A popular TV "news" talker is at it again.

Went for a short overnight holiday. Main purpose was to test some new hiking clothes for sun protection. So of course now i'm back home drying everything out. Still it was a nice spot to camp even if I didn't do as much hiking as I had planned due to a poor performing raincoat.

I helped a guy on a ride when he was having trouble with his front brake. He's a friend but I don't know him well; Anyway I saw him again last week and he gave me a big chunk of smoked salmon which was line caught by his brother in Washington. Today I put a bunch of it on a salad and it was excellent.

It didn't take long to strip it down. Now the question is how to build it up again.

Good morning my fellow addicts. I'm sipping my coffee just like always. If you were to walk in and see me, you would have no ideas about the hell last night brought my way. That Astra Zeneca booster pummeled me, plain and simple. Severe headace, belly ache, muscle aches, fever, from 9 PM until 3:30 AM. And by 5 AM I was craving my morning coffee just like always. A mild headache lingers.

Going to give the frame a gentle brush with a green pad before building?

Good morning. I had a weird dream, but otherwise an uneventful night.
