Fun, weird or cool things on your bike?
Inspired by kgcaps' posts about his gravel grinder which has a completely unnecessary extension on his headtube but is very cool and neat anyway (I wish I had one like that on mine), I thought it could be interesting to see what you have on your bike that is solely because it is fun, super practical, good looking (or ugly, for that matter) but not “standard”.
Here's kgcabs' posts and his very cool headtube extender:

What do you have on your bike or done to your bike that is strictly not necessary, but cool, weird, or fun? A vase? A bobble-head? An old school bicycle horn? A weird bell? Homemade different length pedal arms? Or perhaps something entirely different?

I had sticker that said take the lane on the left chainstay.
I had on old commuter and transferred to new commuter a rubber duck on the rack. I have another duck that is a pirate.
To remind myself to channel inner duck and ride home
