spams going to my old email address
I changed email address and spams from bikeforums continue to come into the old email address.

I don't know what TLS is.
Can you forward the email to joel.morris@internetbrands.com ? I'll take a look.

So, why are the spams still going into the old email?

When was the last time you updated your email? And what was it (you can PM me)? I'll have to speak with our tech/sales team, because I'm not involved with making or sending those emails.

No, as we've said in the past, we send all sales emails. No one else sees your information. Clients give our sales team the content they want sent and sales sends it/ Your info is never seen by anyone outside of Internet Brands.

Oh, Ok. Then do me a favor and cancel my membership, contact info and user name. Total bull**** to pay a subscription to avoid advertisements and then get spammed in my email.

So I think that may have been recent enough that the subscriber list didn't update itself, but I'd need to ask tech. You can either click "Remove Me" at the bottom of one of the emails you were sent or PM me your old email address or submit a formal request to our "Contact Us" form with your old email address.

But I try to delete my account using "Contact Us".
