Now my new old MEC Origami (Tern)

It’s spring so acquisition time, for bicycles of course. Here is one dated 2013 which is barely used. It was build by Tern for a Canadian outdoors chain, MEC. It has a Shimano Nexus 7 hub. I have the manual, no receipts. Although named Origami, it’s not linked to the well know Origami Bike Company. Notice the rear tire is studded. I already had it installed for next winter.

That would be a good bike for a belt conversion.

MEC used Origami as the model name and is completely unrelated to Origami Bicycle Company.
