Sure is. In 1969 it would have been made at the Nottingham factory by Raleigh. So it's essentially a Raleigh Sports with lower cost fittings. Well made, bomb proof roadster. They come in different sized frames, so make sure it is the right size for you.

thanks so much. it's a womans bike. it was thrown out to be crushed in trash with a 1972 schwinn varsity and a sekine around same age.. I took the Dunelt completely apart replaced all bearings removed most of the rust and new cables. 1 thing the english chrome was top notch

...I had a slightly older one of those in the standard diamond frame configuration as a kid. So mine was older than 1969 by at least ten years. It was bought at Southeast Cycles in Washington, D.C., (the local Raleigh dealer) and was slightly cheaper than a Raleigh Sports. The Dunelts of that era also came in brighter colors than the standard Raleigh black and green. What the others said about made by Raleigh.
I rode mine all over the place, until some weasel stole it from out back of my apartment when I was in the Navy.
