Road world championships on US TV?

I'm in the US, I usually check out the UCI road world championships on either NBC sports or the Olympic channel. Looked today to try watching the time trial and couldn't find it on either live or tape delay.

Does anybody know, are the world championships not being shown on TV here this year? If so, that's really disappointing.

It's disappointing that someone would know the answer to your question?

Well prepare to be disappointed. According to cycling news it's FloBikes.

Steephill.tv is generally on point for your media coverage options. It appears NBC Sports has live only. Fubo and Flo also in play.

2021 UCI Road World Championships Live Video, Results, Photos, TV, Course

I will watch the road race via GCN/Eurosport spoofed to UK by VPN. Flo is a no go for me.

^All of this.

I had a sub for Flo but the number of races this year did not match the price and requirement to pay for an entire year. A year of GCN+ at $30 on sale earlier in the year, with a cheap lifetime VPN for $12, is many times cheaper. Even though they screwed up the most exciting stage of the Vuelta and sometimes have audio issues, GCN+ is still the best value out there.

Hard to believe that the Dutch didn't win the mixed TTT. Interesting concept.

There was certainly precedent that the Dutch were the team to be beat, but not a ton of it.

In practice, the powerhouse Dutch ladies did well but couldn't overcome the deficit that the German men put the Dutch men into. Strong showing by Ganna and the Italian men, but the ladies couldn't hold onto that.

Germany fielded strength in both sexes and reaped the rewards. Added bonus that the Panzerwagen heads into the sunset as an active champion.

It's an interesting format. I'm a fan of the TTT but always thought the trade team twist was weird at Worlds. Perhaps this will stick around and spread the wealth to new places.

The Dutch men's team was missing some of their stronger choices. But I thought that the Dutch women would be so dominant that they'd overcome that deficit. It's not the first time I was wrong.

I like the mixed TTT.

I wonder if the Dutch selectors said the same thing. I was surprised by the photo of Tony Martin with Tom Dumoulin in street clothes, but then I remembered he is out from a crash. Nobody can kick themself there, except whatever driver had a hand in it. Looking at this list of top Dutch TT riders, Mollema is a lot further down than I expected.
