Jeunet 620 or 630 or???
Picked this up thinking it’s a 630 not so sure anymore. Thought it was light and hence 531 with the missing decals..definitely a project
now I’m thinking it might be a 620 with a ta crank and some tubulars.
Mavic super tubular rims, simplex droputs, unicantor saddle, missing 531 decals, fork criown, sunshine large flange hubs,
Missing 531 decal imprint
Sunshine hubs
Seized crank
Simplex dropouts
Unicantor saddle
I’m
Maillard freewheel

I’d be super shocked if the seat post and stem were NOT stuck!

You're a brave human but it looks like an awesome project.

I have a Jeunet 630, mine from 1972 with foil decals and slightly different paint striping but otherwise the frame looks the same including the rather odd mounts under the top tube for a frame pump. And I have to say every time I ride it, which is not often enough, I think "wow, this rides great." I replaced the simplex derailleurs with huret derailleurs to keep it all French....

Ah, ha! I wondered where that one went to. Good to know it's got a sympathetic owner.

Well I think this bike has a of potential for some ideas support. Here are some current pics of my Jeunet 620 which I got as mostly just a frame set with a few bits from the bottom of the frame pile at The Old now Defunct Bike Pit coop in Denver and built up cheep with salvage parts about 8 years ago. Still ride it a bit just not so much now I'm in the mountains.
