It’s unusual to feel such a connection with a person virtually, but PCB (aka Paul) stood out. When I saw the announcement over on the ibob group I thought, “No, not PCB…” I never met him, but like so many others I enjoyed his posts, friendly manner and willingness to share. He will be missed.

Sad to hear of Paul's passing. Condolences to his family.
He seemed like a very nice, genuine person. Whenever I would ask him about some obscure, random Suntour detail, he would go into great detail about whatever it was I asked about. If he didn't know (or remember), he'd be almost too apologetic for not being able to help.
I've spent a lot of time reading through his posts, enjoying all the detail he went into about his days with Suntour. Very interesting to hear the inside scoop. Really going to miss his insights.
His photography was great, and he had some really fantastic bikes.
In reading others' reminiscences here, on other forums, and CR, it is clear how well he was liked, and how much he will be missed.
RIP Paul.

Paul, I hope in whatever afterlife there is, you're now experiencing the equivalent of riding hundreds of miles a day - each ride on a different, but equally beautiful and flawlessly-performing bike.

I had the privilege of listening to Paul's Suntour stories while drinking beer in the parking lot of the Battleground Inn at a CR gathering. Sad that more of us won't be able to enjoy those talks. RIP.

Very sad news indeed. I did not have a chance to meet Paul in person, but I greatly appreciated our online interactions and his many contributions to this forum. His collection of bikes was incredible, More importantly, he was always a kind, generous, and thoughtful member of our community. He will definitely be missed. Condolences to his family and loved ones. RIP Paul.
